With nearly two decades of experience serving Sydney’s Inner West, Rebecca’s professional path began in her family’s firm, Sattout Accounting Services, where she led the finance arm and grew a loyal client base. Over time, she evolved the service into a fully independent brokerage, rebranding as My Mortgage Concierge to reflect the deeper, more holistic support on offer: not just securing loans but educating clients, exploring tailored strategies, and assisting them at every stage, from first home purchase to investment portfolio growth.
Rebecca’s approach is grounded in personal experience. As a working mother of two teenage boys, she understands the juggleof family life, career demands, and big financial decisions. She’s owned, renovated, and sold properties herself, giving her first-hand empathy for the stress and complexity her clients face. She prides herself on treating clients as people—not transactions—offering thoughtful, bespoke advice that accounts for life’s uncertainties, from parental leave plans to future renovations.
Beyond broking, Rebecca is committed to giving back. Her team supports Vinnies each week by packing and delivering food hampers and volunteering on the Vinnies Van, serving meals to those in need. A portion of every settled loan goes to charity, reflecting her belief that community service isn’t a marketing exercise, but a core value.
