All of our Mortgage & Finance Broker are accredited and members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia. They are extremely professional and provide exceptional service across a range of lending options.

Can you help first home buyers get their first home loan plus access any grants and incentives?

We love helping First Home Buyers! We're experts at the entire process and can help you get the right Home Loan. We're also across the various schemes to help First Home Buyers such as the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) and the various stamp duty exemptions available.

Can you help with our home loan and investment loan?

Yes we can! We have experience arranging all kinds of loans including home loans, business loans, investment loans, lines of credit, commercial loans and equipment finance. We are accredited with a range of lenders who can provide solutions to suit your needs.

Does My Mortgage Concierge help self employed borrowers get a loan?

Yes, we often work with self-employed borrowers. Our brokers have a great understanding of tax and business financials. We work closely with our in-house accountants and our client's accountants to provide solutions for self-employed borrowers. We often arrange loans for companies, trusts, sole traders, SMSF and partnerships.

Does My Mortgage Concierge charge any fees, or are any hidden costs when getting a loan?

We don’t usually charge for our services as we are paid a commission by the banks. All fees and commissions will be fully disclosed to you before any loan application is prepared. We also run through the other costs of arranging a loan and buying a property such as Government charges and fees.

Who owns My Mortgage Concierge, and are you a part of a franchise?

The business is family-run and owned independently of any franchise. We aggregate through Connective Lender Services Pty Ltd.
