Refer a Client

Refer your friends and family to us for a home or investment loan and, if their loan progresses to an approved application, you and your friend will go into the draw to win.

All you have to do is send this link to a friend, have them fill in their details and yours. 

Entries will open on 6th September 2024 and will close on 31st January 2025. The draw will be held at Sydney Markets on Monday 3rd February 2025. The winner will be contacted via phone and announced on our social media channels and in our February email newsletter.

There are no limits to the number of entries that you can make (separate entry for each referred friend or family member that meet the entry criteria).

Terms & Conditions

The referral competition is open to all Australian Residents.

The prize consists of one (1) $3,000 gift card.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Referrals that meet the entry requirements must be received by a representative of My Mortgage Concierge by 31 January 2025 to be eligible. Referrals received outside of the specified dates and times below are not eligible for entry into the draw.

Clients are eligible to receive one entry for themselves and one entry for their Referrer if the referral results in an approved home or investment loan application through My Mortgage Concierge within the competition period (opens 9am EST 6th September 2024 and closes on 31st January 2025 at 6pm EST).

The winner will be announced on Thursday 5th February 2025 before 9pm EST. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days a redraw of the winner will occur. Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the competition. 

My Mortgage Concierge reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities. My Mortgage Concierge reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the competition terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels. Referral competition participant information will be treated in accordance with the company's privacy policy. Referrers and referred individuals agree to be added to the mailing list and may be contacted by My Mortgage Concierge.

My Mortgage Concierge reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the referral competition, including eligibility, rewards, and any disputes. The $3,000 gift card prize is not refundable and is not exchangeable for cash, goods or services.

Employees of My Mortgage Concierge and Sattout Accounting Services Pty Ltd shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material including social media. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Does My Mortgage Concierge help self employed borrowers get a loan?

Yes, we often work with self-employed borrowers. Our brokers have a great understanding of tax and business financials. We work closely with our in-house accountants and our client's accountants to provide solutions for self-employed borrowers. We often arrange loans for companies, trusts, sole traders, SMSF and partnerships.

Does My Mortgage Concierge charge any fees, or are any hidden costs when getting a loan?

We don’t usually charge for our services as we are paid a commission by the banks. All fees and commissions will be fully disclosed to you before any loan application is prepared. We also run through the other costs of arranging a loan and buying a property such as Government charges and fees.

Who owns My Mortgage Concierge, and are you a part of a franchise?

The business is family-run and owned independently of any franchise. We aggregate through Connective Lender Services Pty Ltd.
